The Roots

Provident Green Club of Lagos(PGC is an advocacy group for a Green Circular Economy. Our goal is to promote the switching of Nigeria’s economy from black oil (linear economy) to a circular economy which is a critical direction that many nations around the world are taking to deal with the global disaster of climate change.

Climate change occurs as a result of our daily interactions with the environment. In our desire to create wealth, we have increased the pressure on the environment, which in turn is destroying the atmosphere, ocean, forest and weather.

PGC seeks to create and sustain awareness for a circular economy among everyday people by enthusiasts within and outside Nigeria. We partner with Operators, Financial Institutions, Regulator, the Government, Academicians and Investors to form a round table form that will influence the goal of a circular economy in Nigeria.
